Volvette Return Policy
Returns 2 months from purchase date will receive a 25% restocking fee. At 3 months only a store credit will be issued. Returns sent back without authorization 7 months or more from purchase date will be discarded and no credit will be received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer returning the unwanted parts. Refused shipments of unwanted items will not be accepted without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for returning parts in the same condition they were received, with a copy of your original invoice, proper packaging and insurance to cover the value of parts being returned.
*No credit will be given for partial kits that are returned for credit. (Once any part in a kit is used, the remaining parts in the kit are no longer returnable for a refund)
International customers, please call for authorization before returning parts.
No returns are accepted on custom items.
If you receive an incorrect part, please notify Volunteer Vette at 865-521-9100 as soon as possible. At that time, we will send out the correct and make arrangements for the return of the incorrect item/items.
If an item is returned that shipped with our Free Shipping offer for any reason other than defective, the cost for us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your return credit.
